  3. I’ve heard of some of these but I’ve never heard of the first one. As someone who is trying to cut down on carbs but often failing this seems like a huge help as I go through the process.

  4. I used to try green coffee bean extract for weight loss, it was good but sometimes it gives me migraines. I may try something else on this list as I really need to lose a few pounds.

  5. I have never heard of these supplements. My hubby uses Apple Cider Vinegar and lemon juice thrice a day and it gives him a good result for weight loss. I learned a lot from here and I’ll try to implement them.
